SERVICE OPERATION MODALITY POLICY

Registered customers can contact the service provider company through the app for their service requirement .The company will pass on the service requirement of the customer to the registered Associate service provider and the Associate will direct to the nearby service Technicians registered with the service provider company as well as Associate Service Providers. After completion of the service sought by the registered customer ,the registered technician shall intimate the completion of service. The service provide company shall generate invoice which will be displayed both in the technician and customer apps. The customer can make payment directly to the customer and he can pay through card or other electronic modes. On completion of the service ,the customer’s feed back is sought. Immediate action is taken to any complaints with regard to shortage in service, behavior of the technician, dissatisfaction of the service provided and other feedbacks. The service provider company will assure the utmost satisfaction of the registered customer.
